Our Process
Discover the Art and Craftsmanship Behind Our Restoration Process
Step 1
sourcing
As dedicated Ford Bronco enthusiasts, our pursuit of potential donor vehicles is fueled by the excitement of discovering hidden treasures.
When the bodies show signs of extensive rust, our solution is both simple and transformative: we turn to brand-new Ford Licensed body tubs, ensuring each restoration is not only rust-free but also reminiscent of its original assembly line glory.
Our commitment is unwavering — to preserve the authenticity and spirit of these iconic vehicles.
Step 2
Chassis Fabrication
Over the years, frames can succumb to bending and twisting. Our process begins with straightening them out on our advanced frame machine, ensuring a perfect fit to the body. We then address any rusted spots and implement modifications to the chassis to accommodate the suspension and mechanical components.

Upon completion of these steps, the frame undergoes a final touch – a sleek powder coating getting it ready for the next step in the process where it becomes a rolling chassis.
Step 3
Body Preperation
This stage not only sets the foundation for the paint, but also addresses any dents, bruises, and rust the Bronco has acquired over its lifetime.

With precision and care, we strip the body down to bare metal, repairing any rust and dents using precision-cut steel or installing new panels. Our skilled team makes modifications to accommodate the powerful Ford Coyote V8 engine while introducing customizations to bestow a modern and sleek aesthetic to the Bronco.

Next, we meticulously prepare the body for its paint coat where we apply epoxy then primer and sand down every inch to ensure exceptionally smooth surfaces.

This step takes over 300 hundred hours, but it makes all the difference when the bronco is completed.

Step 4
Paint
We coat every Classic Bronco with top-notch paint from BASF, guaranteeing a premium finish.

Once the paint has cured, it is cut and buffed so that it is ready to be placed back on the revitalized chassis.
To safeguard against future rust and heat, we give the underside a Raptor Liner treatment. This means you can hit the mountains or the beach worry-free, enjoying your Bronco to the fullest.

Step 5
Mechanical
This is the stage where the vehicle truly comes to life. Our technicians work to install the new drivetrain and suspension allowing for the chassis to roll around.

The new Ford Coyote V8 engine, transmission, and essential components like the fuel and serpentine system are mounted, getting the chassis ready to fire up.

Once everything is mounted, the engine is started and undergoes test to ensure it is ready to be reunited with the freshly painted body.

Step 6
Electrical
Our experienced team builds custom wiring harnesses enabling the integration of modern instrument clusters and controls, ensuring your comfort and peace of mind while on the road.
We install the harness onto the finished tub before placing it on the chassis, strategically locating it in unnoticed spots to maintain a clean and modern aesthetic.
Step 7
Assembly
With the mechanical, electrical, chassis, and paint work completed, the body is now mounted and fitted to the chassis.
Once done, the custom interior components and trim are assembled with care and precision. Everything from the bumpers to the steering wheel are assembled and installed in this stage.

You can start to see how the modern seamlessly intertwines with classic, bringing everything together.
Step 8
Upholstery
With our in-house upholstery team, we can source a diverse range of materials, fabrics, and designs – from custom marine carpet to woven leather. This not only allows you to choose materials that reflect your personality but also that cater to your lifestyle.
After selecting the materials, our upholstery team springs into action, skillfully stitching custom seats, dash pads, and panels to be installed in the Bronco.

Step 9
Testing
We add the finishing touches, calibrating the speedometer, aligning the Bronco, and subjecting it to dyno testing and tuning. Following this meticulous process, we will drive it 500-miles before it is sent for delivery to ensure every component is functioning seamlessly.
Step 10
Delivery
Prior to dispatching the Bronco for delivery, we meticulously double-check every system and ensure each bolt is properly torqued down. Following this, we embark on one final test drive.
Once back, the Bronco undergoes a thorough cleaning and buffing before being entrusted to one of our reliable carriers for a safe journey to your front door.
